In the real world, I’m a doctoral student in rhetoric and composition at the University of South Florida. I’m also a graduate teaching associate there and an adjunct instructor at other colleges. I’m currently working on a seminar paper in a cultural studies class on the hegemonic structures within in the fashion world, which inspired this blog. The more ways I can find to bridge my world of academics to my adoration for fashion, the happier this fashionista will be.
